Resolve "An item with the same key has already been added" occured during Job Ingestion in EngageOne Delivery Audit

Issue

Job (Mailpiece File) fails with ingestion with following error in the Message Receiver logs:
"An item with the same key has already been added"


 

Cause

This could occur due to two outbound records existing corresponding to single Mailpiece in the file being ingested.
For example, in following screenshot, there are two records starting with 'O', corresponding to an 'S'

Resolution

UPDATED: August 29, 2017


Remove one records (incorrect one) to retain the correct one and reingest the Mailpiece File
