Resolve issues viewing files in EngageOne Vault when using SQl Express

Issue

User is unable to view documents in the Vault that had been successfully loaded.

Cause

Documents successfully loaded were unable to be returned by Vault when the index information were stored in a SQL Express data base.

The reason could be due to the fact that SQL Express has a size limitation of 4GB.

Resolution

UPDATED: October 30, 2017


If your database is ever likely to get close to or exceed 4GB, then an upgrade to full SQL is required.
