Resolve Software not available for download on PB support website

Issue

Not able to download purchased software from the PB software support website at http://www.g1.com/support/products

Cause

Customer tries to download purchased software from the PB software  website at http://www.g1.com/support/products but the software isn't available on the website. The maintenance for the software has expired and this can be check by looking for the customer information in the Siebel system under the tab product end date if the software product has expired then the customer has to contact customer-service@pbs.com to updated the maintenance agreement. The customer should also contact their PB sales representative in regards to the expired Maintenance of the software product.
