Account access issues in Spectrum Technology Platform OnDemand

Issue

A subscribed customer to a Spectrum™ Technology Platform OnDemand service is seeing error messages indicating access issues such as "Account Not Authorized", "Access Denied" or "Your credentials could not be authenticated" when trying to use the service.
 

Cause

There is an issue with the customer's OnDemand account, which Saas Sales Support can look into or the customer needs to verify that they are using the correct credentials provided for their account.
