Resolve java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory issue in Spectrum Universal Addressing Module

Issue

User is receiving an error message when attempting to add a UAM USA database resource through the Management Console:

Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /dv1/spectrum_8.0/server/modules/c1p/lib/libc1p_jni.so: libz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The error message indicates that it cannot find a shared object for the libc1p_jni.so and receiving the java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError. The LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable contains: /apps/spectrum/PBSpectrum/g1rts/lib:/apps/spectrum/PBSpectrum/server/modules/lib::/apps/spectrum/PBSpectrum/server/bin

Cause

Spectrum can run as 32- bit or 64-bit. UAM for US, Canadian and International can only run 32-bit. In this case, user only has the 64-bit libraries for Linux installed.
