VERIFIED SOLUTION i
Content of 'Incident-archive' not getting deleted during Purge in EngageOne Server.
This is an expected behavior. EngageOne Purge does not delete content of 'Incident-archive' directory.
ResolutionUPDATED: August 27, 2018
In case there is a need to delete the content of incident-archive (to free up disk space or due to some other reason) content of 'Incident-archive' can be deleted manually. 'Incident-archive' contains information related to errors occurred during various operations (for example Batch run, Web Service call) so if there is an error/problem which is currently under investigation, backup of data corresponding to that problem should be created.
