Changing the modem speed on the DM125

Learn how to change your modem speed on the DM125
Products affected: DM125™ (PREC)
If you have connection issues, a slower modem speed may resolve your issue.
  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down twice.
  3. Select Connect-Data Center.
  4. Select Phone Parameters.
  5. Press Page Down.
  6. Select Modem Parameters.
  7. Select Modem Speed.
  8. Select Change to: twice. The default speed is 33600.
  9. Select Save and exit.
  10. Restart your meter after changing your modem speed:
    1. Unplug the power cord.
    2. Wait one full minute.
    3. Plug the power cord back in.
