Transferring funds from an older meter to your SendPro C, SendPro+ device

Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H00, 8H00)
If you are upgrading to SendPro C/SendPro+ from an older meter such as a mailstation Series or a DM 100 – 225 meter, you must first withdraw your funds from the old machine to your PitneyBowes account and then add them to your SendPro C/SendPro+.

This applies only to postage funds for Envelope Printing on the SendPro C/SendPro+ meter.

This method does not apply to Trackable Labels. If your new SendPro C/SendPro+ meter includes the Trackable Labels application, you will be prompted to set up and fund your account during the installation process. The Trackable Labels funds are managed in a separate account.

First, follow the procedure to withdraw the funds from your old meter. Refer to the following: Once you have withdrawn your funds from the old meter, you will be prompted to add those funds to the new SendPro C/SendPro+ when you install the new meter.
After you install the SendPro C/SendPro+, you can add more postage to the Envelope Printing account.
  1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Postage Balance.
  3. Tap Refill Postage.
  4. Enter your postage refill amount.
  5. Tap Refill Mail Postage.
  6. Tap View Receipt if you want to view or print a receipt.
  7. Tap Done.
Your updated postage balance appears on the Envelope Printing screen.
