Checking if SQL Server is SSL Enabled

  1. Open SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Go to SQL Server Configuration Manager > SQL Server Network Configuration.
  3. Right click on <SQL Instance> choose 'Properties'. 
It will open the 'properties' windows for the SQL Server instance -

In the 'Flags' tab, if 'Force Encryption' is set to 'Yes' as shown in screenshot, SSL is enabled.
