Emailing tracking information from the SendPro Online app

Products affected: SendPro® Online

You can email the tracking information for a label that was created in the SendPro Online app.

  1. Find the shipment for which you wish to request a refund in the Recent or Watch tabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen.
  2. Tap the shipment.
  3. Tap the Share icon in the upper right. sendpro-mobile-share-icon-sm
  4. Enter the email address and tap Share.
