Setting up a Canada Post account in SendPro Online

Learn how to set up a Canada Post account in SendPro Online.

To ship parcels with Canada Post when using SendPro, Canada Post require that you set up your Canada Post Shipping profile.

The first time you sign in to SendPro Online, it will walk you through setting up your Canada Post profile.

  1. Sign in to your SendPro Online account.
  2. Select Settings > Shipping Carriers.
  3. Select Account Setup.
  4. Connect your SendPro account to your Canada Post customer account:

Note: You can also access the Shipping Carrier Account Setup by clicking on the Canada Post carrier image on the home page.

Existing Canada Post User

  1. Select Yes, I have a Canada Post profile.
  2. Your Pitney Bowes Supplier Account number is displayed. Make note of this number, then select Start Setup.
  3. The Canada Post website opens in a new tab in your web browser. Sign in to the Canada Post website.
  4. Select + Add a Supplier Account.
  5. Enter your Pitney Bowes Supplier Account number and select Add.
    • If you are a Small Business customer, you are prompted to enter the following account numbers:
      • Customer number (Canada Post Account number noted in step 2)
      • Business postal code
    • If you are an Enterprise customer, you are prompted to enter the following account numbers:
      • Customer number Canada Post Account number noted in step 2)
      • Canada Post contract number
      • Business postal code
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Select View complete Terms and Conditions.
  8. Select Agree and continue.

Your Canada Post account is now linked to SendPro Online.

New Canada Post User

  1. Select No, I need to set up a new profile.
  2. Your Canada Post customer number, Business postal code, and Pitney Bowes Supplier Account numbers are displayed. Make note of these numbers and select Start Setup.
  3. The Canada Post website opens in a new tab in your web browser. Select Sign Up.
  4. You must enter an email address, a username, password, and postal code. Once you have checked the I have read and agree with the Canada Post box, select Continue.
  5. Select your Canada Post customer type, Small Business or Enterprise:
    • Small Business:
      1. Select I have a customer number.
      2. Enter your Customer Number (Canada Post Account number noted in step 2).
      3. Enter your Business postal code.
      4. Select Continue.
    • Enterprise customer:
      1. Select the Enterprise tab
      2. Enter your Customer Number (Canada Post Account number noted in step 2).
      3. Enter your Canada Post parcel contract number.
      4. Enter your Business postal code.
      5. Select Create an enterprise profile.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Complete the Contact information page.
  8. Select Done.

Your Canada Post account is now linked to SendPro Online.
