If using SendPro Online in a web browser
Delete your web browser history:
- Close the web browser tab where SendPro Online is open.
- Clear your web browser history. Refer to your web browser's help for assistance.
- Go to https://sendpro.pitneybowes.com and sign back in to SendPro Online.
If using the SendPro Online software
Clear the SendPro Online software cache:
Windows 7
- Close the SendPro Online software.
- Click the Windows Start button.
- In the Windows Search box, type Run and press Enter.
- In the Run box, type AppData and click OK.
- Open the Local folder.
- Locate the SendPro folder, right-click on it, and choose Delete.
- Reopen the SendPro Online software.
Windows 10
- Close the SendPro Online software.
- Click the Windows Start button.
- In the Windows Search box, type %appdata% and press Enter.
- The folder opens to Roaming. Click on App Data in the folder path at the top of the screen.
- Open the Local folder.
- Locate the SendPro folder, right-click on it, and choose Delete.
- Reopen the SendPro Online software.
Mac OS X
- Quit the SendPro Online software.
- Return to the Mac OS desktop.
- Click Go.
- Press and hold the Alt/Option key.
- Click on Library.
- Click on Caches.
- Find the SendPro folder.
- Right-click on the SendPro folder and click Send to trash.
- Reopen the SendPro Online software.
