Clearing the cache in the SendPro Desktop Application

Clearing the cache in the SendPro Desktop Application can help to resolve various issues.

If using SendPro Online in a web browser

Delete your web browser history:

  1. Close the web browser tab where SendPro Online is open.
  2. Clear your web browser history. Refer to your web browser's help for assistance.
  3. Go to https://sendpro.pitneybowes.com and sign back in to SendPro Online.

If using the SendPro Desktop Application

Clear the SendPro Desktop Application cache:

Windows 7

  1. Close the SendPro Desktop Application.
  2. Click the Windows Start button.
  3. In the Windows Search box, type Run and press Enter.
  4. In the Run box, type AppData and click OK.
  5. Open the Local folder.
  6. Locate the SendPro folder, right-click on it, and choose Delete.
  7. Reopen the SendPro Desktop Application.

Windows 10

  1. Close the SendPro Desktop Application.
  2. Click the Windows Start button.
  3. In the Windows Search box, type %appdata% and press Enter.
  4. The folder opens to Roaming. Click on App Data in the folder path at the top of the screen.

  5. Open the Local folder.
  6. Locate the SendPro folder, right-click on it, and choose Delete.
  7. Reopen the SendPro Desktop Application.

Mac OS X

  1. Quit the SendPro Desktop Application.
  2. Return to the Mac OS desktop.
  3. Click Go.
  4. Press and hold the Alt/Option key.
  5. Click on Library.
  6. Click on Caches.
  7. Find the SendPro folder.
  8. Right-click on the SendPro folder and click Send to trash.
  9. Reopen the SendPro Desktop Application.
