Changing your username (email address) for SendPro Online

Your SendPro Online username is your Pitney Bowes Your Account email address. If needed, you can change it.

Your SendPro Online username is your Pitney Bowes Your Account email address. If needed, you can change it.

For multi-location subscriptions, this process does not apply to Location Admin and User roles. If a new Location Admin needs to be created, contact your Admin. If you have a User role, contact your Location Admin to create the invitation. If a username needs to be deleted, contact your Location Admin.

  1. Sign in.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Your Account. A new tab or window opens with your Pitney Bowes account.
  4. In the upper right, select the person icon. Person icon
  5. Select Contact Information.
  6. Enter your new email address in the Email Address field.
  7. Select Save Changes.
  8. Check your email account for a verification email. Click the link in the email to confirm the change. The link expires in 3 hours.
