Updating postal rates or software for Envelope Printing on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, and SendPro C Auto
Perform updates to ensure that the device uses the latest postal rates and software when you send mail.
Product affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (8H10), SendPro® C Auto (9H10)
Automatic updates
SendPro® C meters update postal rates and software automatically.
Keep your meter turned on and connected to your network to get your automatic updates, as updates are downloaded during the evening hours.
Manual updates
Perform manual updates only if your automatic update fails to complete.Manual postal rate updates
- Tap Rates and Updates on the bottom of the Home screen. Swipe the screen up to access the second row of buttons.
Important: Rates downloaded prior to the effective date receives the below message for 3 days after the download and the message will be back for 3 days after the effective date. You cannot remove the message.
Manual software updates
- Tap Rates and Updates on the bottom of the Home screen. Swipe the screen up to access the second row of buttons.
- Once the download and install process completes, you see the message "Finalizing Update".
