Setting the default address for Canada Post return labels on the SendPro C, SendPro+

Learn how to set the default address for Canada Post return labels on the SendPro C, SendPro+.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (8H10)

You can set the recipient's address you want to use every time you create a Canada Post return label.

  1. Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the global toolbar.
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Return Labels.
  4. Tap the check box for I want to use the same recipient address for all of my return labels.
  5. Enter the address in the fields provided using the keypad on the screen. Tap the green check mark when done.
  6. Tap Save.
