Canceling a SendPro Online subscription

Products affected: SendPro® Online
SendPro® Online subscription only (no meter)

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure. The user who signs up for SendPro Online will have the role of Admin.
  1. Sign in to SendPro Online.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Plans & Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Request subscription cancellation link.
  5. Complete the form and select Submit Request.
  6. A Pitney Bowes representative will be in contact within 2 business days to complete the request.

  1. Call Pitney Bowes at 1-800-624-5639.
  2. Press “2” to speak to a customer relations specialist.
