Files needed to troubleshoot USPS rejected Verimove CSL reports

Product Affected: VeriMove
The following VeriMove files are required for Technical Support to troubleshoot rejected Customer Service Log (CSL) reports:
  • Rejection notice from USPS stating the issue
  • Operating System used to run the report
  • Verimove Version
  • Copy of rejected CSL Report 
  • Copy of Jobstats.dat file (best if copied to windows in binary mode and zipped on windows before sending)
  • Processing Summary Report (PSR) associated with the month’s report being rejected
  • Config.ini
  • Job Definition for one of the jobs
