You can get a link to the carrier's website to schedule a package pickup if needed.
- On the Home screen, under Schedule a Pickup, select the Schedule now link next to the desired carrier. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling.
- On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.
