Linking your Office 365 address book to SendPro Online

Products affected: SendPro® Online
Addresses from your Office 365 address book can be linked to SendPro Online and used when creating shipping labels and printing envelopes.

To link to your Office 365 address book:
  1. In SendPro Online, select Settings > Preferences.

  1. Select the Connect link next to Office 365. You will be connected to the Office 365 page.

  1. Provide the requested Office 365 account information.
Once linked, your Office 365 addresses will appear at the bottom of the address list, after your SendPro addresses. Addresses from Office 365 have an Office 365 icon. Addresses stored in SendPro have a Pitney Bowes icon.

To remove the connection to your Office 365 address book:
  1. Select the Settings icon > Preferences.

  1. Select the Revoke Access link next to Office 365.
  2. Follow any instructions on the screen to complete the process.
After using an Office 365 address for creating a shipping label or envelope, the address will not be saved with your other SendPro addresses.

If you do not use Office 365, you can import a .csv file of your addresses into SendPro instead.
