How to resolve Canadian addresses not matching in Address Broker, Geostan, Desktop

Products affected: GeoStan™ Canada, AddressBroker™, Centrus® Desktop
The data format for GeoStan™ Canada data changed between the October and November 2016 releases.
GeoStan™ Canada, AddressBroker™ and Centrus® Desktop customers doing Canadian data processing need to install the April 2016 patch 12 to work with the November 2016 and later versions of the data or replace the current ncoderef.dat file with one from any vintage prior to October 2016
