Product Feature: Platform Id / NCOALink Key
Products Affected:  Verimove

If there is a change to the Verimove License Type from End User to Limited Service Provider, follow these instructions:

Modify the NCOA Link Options via the Verimove GUI:
  • Launch the GUI.
  • Select "Tools".
  • Select "Options".
  • Select "NCOA Link" Options.
  • Select the "Edit" button in the USPS section of the window.
  • Note: the old Platform Id will be visible.
  • The "Enter New Value" window will appear; type the new Platform Id and click "OK".
  • Click the "down arrow" next to the License Type field.
  • Note: the old license type "End User" will be visible.
  • Select the "Limited Service Provider" option and click "OK".
  • Close out the GUI.

Next, modify the Config.ini file in the Verimove install directory:
  • Using an editor program, open the VeriMove Config.ini file.
  • Locate the following line: .NCOA Platform ID=XXXX.  Ensure the new Platform Id is listed.  If not, change to the new Platform ID.
  • Locate the following line:  NCOALink Key=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.  Ensure the new NCOALink Key is there.  If not change to the new NCOALink key.
  • Run a job and check the Processing Summary Report.  The PAFID should now reflect the new Platform Id and NCOALink Key.
