Omit the day or date from the meter stamp

Follow these steps to omit the day or date from printing on the meter stamp for classes of bulk mail:
  1. Press Print Menu.
  2. Press Page Down.
  3. Select Omit Day / Date / Other.
  4. Select either Omit the Day or Omit the Date.
  • If you select Omit the Day, only the month and year display
  • If you select Omit the Date, the month, day, and year do not display.
  • Depending on which you select, the day or date does not display or print on the indicia.


Restore the day or date from the meter stamp

Follow these steps to restore the day or date when printing on the meter stamp for classes of bulk mail:

  1. Press Print Menu.
  2. Press Page Down.
  3. Select Restore the Date.
