How to change the Postage By Phone account on the DM500, DM800i and more

Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™
To update the Postage By Phone® account number on the meter:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Set Up.
  3. Select Phone/Network Setup.
  4. Select PBP Account #.
  5. Type the new Postage By Phone account number.
  6. Press Enter.
  7. Press the Clear button until you return to the Ready screen.
