Sealing an envelope without printing on the DM100i-DM225

Learn how to how to seal an envelope without printing on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L, and DM225.

If you use the optional moistener with pre-addressed envelopes, you can set your system to process mail using seal only, without printing on them.

Follow these steps to set your mailing system to seal envelopes without printing an indicia:

Press Print Menu.
Select Seal only: No Printing.
Slide just the envelope flap under the blue edge of your feed deck. A brush below the deck wets the flap.
Slide your envelope to the right until the system takes hold of it. Your system seals and ejects the piece.
Select Exit Seal Only > Normal Presets to return to your Home screen.
