How to fill the moistener on the DM100i, DM125 and more

Learn how to fill the moistener on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L, DM225, and DM300C.

Note: Pitney Bowes E-Z Seal® solution is recommended.

Follow these steps to learn how to fill the moistener on your meter.

Check the level of sealing solution in the moistener tank. The solution level is visible in the window on the front of the moistening unit.
Add enough Pitney Bowes E-Z Seal solution to bring the sealant level up to the bottom of the fill hole. Do not overfill the tank.
If the tank was empty, allow 30 minutes for the moistener brush and wick to get completely saturated.
