Editing an account on the DM50-DM60

If the Accounting feature is enabled on your meter (for details, see How to use the Accounting feature on the DM50/DM55 and DM60), follow these steps to edit an existing account:
  1. Press the Menu / Options key.
  2. Press Review (down) to scroll to Use Accounting functions?.
  3. Press Enter/Yes.
  4. Press Review (down) to scroll to Edit an existing account?.
  5. Press Enter/Yes.
  6. Press Review (down) to scroll to the account you wish to edit.
  7. Press Enter/Yes.
Note: If a password has been assigned to the account, the system will prompt for it. Enter the 4-digit password if necessary and press the Enter/Yes button.
  1. Select the appropriate option:
    • Edit Account Name: Follow the prompts to change the name.
    • Assign a Password to Account (if none has yet been assigned): Follow the prompts to assign a 4-digit password. Re-enter the password to confirm.
    • Edit Account Password: Follow the prompts to change the password.
    • Delete Account Password: Follow the prompts to delete the password.
  2. Follow the prompts to edit another account or return to the Accounting menu.
  3. Follow the prompts to return to the Main screen.
