How to get latest software update version for SendSuite Xpress or Ascent

Products affected: SendSuite® Xpress, Ascent™
The latest version of software is available through IntelliLink® Desktop, which is a Windows application that keeps your Pitney Bowes software products up-to-date with the latest software and data file updates.

If you need to install IntelliLink Desktop, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the IntelliLink Desktop page.
  2. Select the Download button. A file named IntelliLink+Desktop.exe will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
  3. In your Downloads folder, select IntelliLink+Desktop.exe.
  4. At the Welcome to the InstallShield for IntelliLink Desktop prompt, select Next.
  5. Enter the primary email address, enter a secondary email address (optional), and select Next.
  6. Do not change the installation location or download location. Select Next.
  7. Select the time for the reminder and then select Next.
  8. Select the proxy server option:
  • If you do not have a proxy server in your network, select Do not use a proxy server and then select Next.
  • If you have a proxy server in your network, select Use the following proxy server settings, enter the details of your proxy server, and then select Next.
  1. Select Install.
  2. After the install completes, select Finish.
Follow these steps to download updates for SendSuite® Xpress or Ascent™ using Intellilink Desktop:
  1. Make sure your SendSuite Xpress or Ascent application is closed.
  2. Double-click the Intellilink icon on the system tray to open the IntelliLink Desktop user interface.
  3. From the list of available updates, select Download for the application you wish to update.
  4. When the download finishes, select Install. When the install finishes, the update is removed from the list.
