How to reactivate an account on the DM500, DM800i, DM925, DM1000 and more

Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™
To reactivate an account that was previously deactivated:
  1. Select Accounts.
  2. Press the right arrow.
  3. If the supervisor password is enabled, enter it and press Enter
  4. Select Edit Account.
  5. Chose the desired account.
  6. Select Status. The status will change to active.
  7. Press the left arrow to return to the Home screen.
