Technical Support will assist with direct questions of existing custom applications, but Technical Support does not assist with development or debugging of custom applications.

If further assistance is needed with development or debugging of custom applications, recommendation is to contact the account representative to discuss the Pitney Bowes fee-based consulting provided by the professional services group.
