How to clear the batch count on the DM100i and DM125

Products affected: DM100®i and DM125™
Note:  Information cannot be restored after it has been cleared in the Batch Register
  1. Press Funds 
  2. Press Page Down 
  3. Select Clear batch values 
  4. At the Confirm clear prompt, press Yes/ Enter to confirm. The batch value and batch piece registers return to zero 
  5. If the Enter supervisor password prompt appears, enter the 4-digit supervisor password. The batch value and batch piece registers return to zero 
  6. Press Home to return to the Home screen
