How to turn the accounting feature on or off on the mailstation or mailstation2

Learn how to turn the accounting feature on or off on the mailstation or mailstation2.
Products affected: mailstation™ or mailstation2™
If you have opted for the Accounting feature, follow these steps to turn it on or off on the mailstation or mailstation2.

To turn Accounting on:
  1. Press Menu
  2. Scroll with the Review arrows until the display says Turn Accounting On?
  3. Press Enter/yes and follow the prompts for either Creating an account (if this is your first time using the feature) or Selecting an account.

To turn Accounting off:
  1. Press Menu
  2. Scroll with the Review arrows until the display says Use Accounting functions?
  3. Press Enter/yes
  4. Scroll with the Review arrows until the display says Turn Accounting Off?
NOTE: Postage will not be tracked by account when this feature is turned off.
  1. Press Enter/Yes
  2. Press Clear / Back to return to the Main screen
