How to withdraw a DM100i and DM125 with an ink out or no ink tank detected message

Learn how to withdraw a DM100i and DM125 with an ink out or no ink tank detected message.

Note: Do not perform these steps unless a new meter is replacing the existing one or have been advised by a Pitney Bowes representative to perform this task.
  1. Select Seal Only Mode
  2. Press the Options button
  3. Press Page Down two times
  4. Select Advanced Features
  5. Press Page Down
  6. Select Meter Withdrawal
  7. Select Transfer All Funds From Meter To PBP Account
If you cannot connect to Pitney Bowes through your meter, or if you have a blank screen, you may not be able to transfer the funds to your account. Return the defective meter to Pitney Bowes, and the funds will be credited to your account up to 4 to 6 weeks after Pitney Bowes receives the meter.
NOTE: Once funds have been removed from the defective meter, they will then be transferred to the account where the funds were taken from.
