Resolve the issue when MapInfo Pro unable to connect to WMS server when the ”ä” character is in the URL

Products affected: MapInfo Pro™
MapInfo Pro is unable to connect to WMS server when there is an  ”ä” character is in the URL. Trying to connect will result in a HTTP error 400.

To resolve this, replace the ”ä” character with a ”a” character.
