Products affected: SendPro® Online
The SendPro Scale App enables SendPro to communicate with your scale. If you close the Scale App, you will see an error message next time you try to use your scale in SendPro Online. To resume use, restart the SendPro Scale App.
The Scale App does not need to be installed when using the SendPro Online software for Windows.
- Connect the scale to your computer.
- Plug in the scale.
- Download the SendPro Scale App.
- If prompted to run the file, select Run or Open. If not prompted, go to your Downloads folder and double-click on the downloaded file.
- Follow the prompts to install the app.
- When the installation is complete, leave the box checked to launch the Scale App and click Finish.
After installing the Scale App, pair the Scale App with your web browser:
- Right-click on the SendPro Scale App ("SP") icon in the Windows system tray (small icons by the clock).
- Select Pair With.
- Select the web browser you are using.
We recommended that you do not clear your web browser's history while setting up the Scale App. Clearing your browser history can cause unexpected behavior.
