How to track a shipment in SendPro

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro™ P1000, SendPro™ P1500, SendPro™ P2000, SendPro™ P3000, SendPro™
You can access tracking information from the Home screen or the History screen.

To get tracking information from the Home screen:
  1. In the Track Your Packages section on the Home screen, select the Track link next to the desired shipment.
  • If the shipment is not listed on the Home screen, select View all to go to the History screen.​  
To search for a tracking number from the Home screen:
  1. Enter a tracking number into the search box just below the five most recent shipments in the Track Your Packages section.
  2. Select the appropriate carrier.
  3. Select Track.
 

To get tracking information from the History screen:
  1. In the menu at the top of the page, select History Shipping History.
  2. Select the desired shipment.
Note: Each line in the list represents a single shipment.
  1. To copy the tracking number to your clipboard, select the Copy tracking number button (folded paper icon).

Note: If the tracking number column does not contain a tracking number, the mail piece does not include tracking.
