How to file an insurance claim in SendPro

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro™ P1000, SendPro™ P1500, SendPro™ P2000, SendPro™ P3000, SendPro™
If you insured your Canada Post shipment, or specified a Declared Value for UPS or FedEx, you can file a claim for a lost or damaged shipment.

To file an insurance claim:
  1. Select History > File Insurance Claim.
  2. From the Shipments tab on the History screen, find the insured shipping label in the list. For more information about searching, see How to search for a shipment in SendPro.
  3. Select the shipment for which you wish to file an insurance claim.
  4. Select File Insurance Claim. You will be taken to the carrier's website where you can file an insurance claim.
