Filing an insurance claim in SendPro Online

Products affected: SendPro® Online
An insurance claim can be filed if a USPS insured shipment or a UPS or FedEx Declared Value shipment is lost or damaged. This does not apply to packages insured through a third-party insurance provider.
  1. Select History > File Insurance Claim.
  2. Select the shipment for which you wish to file an insurance claim.
  3. Select File Insurance Claim. You will be taken to the carrier’s website to file the insurance claim.
This option simply directs you to the correct carrier page to start your insurance claim request. SendPro does not send any package or account data to the carrier. All insurance claims are handled solely by the carrier.
