How to manage presets in SendPro

If you send a particular shipment repeatedly, you can save time by using presets. A preset saves shipment information so that you can use it as a template for printing additional labels in the future.

Presets are ideal for repeat shipments that share attributes such as weight, dimensions, carrier, shipping service, and cost account.

To access your presets, select Settings > Shipment Presets. From there you can edit or delete presets, or print shipping labels from them. You can also click and drag them to change the order in which they appear.

To add a new preset

Presets can be created from the saved presets collection or from a shipping label that you just printed.

To add a new preset from your saved presets collection:
  1. Select the Settings icon > Shipment Presets.

  1. Select the + (Add New) button.
  2. Enter a preset name.
  3. Enter the shipping label details. For more information, see How to create a shipping label in SendPro.
  4. Select Create.
To add a new preset from a shipping label that you just printed:
  1. At the top of the Home screen, below the shipping label you just printed, select Save as Preset.
  2. You will be prompted to give your preset a name and choose which aspects of the shipment you want to save for future shipping labels.
