How to void a shipping label in SendPro

Products affected: SendPro™
You can void a shipping label immediately after printing it, or later from the History screen.

To void a label immediately after printing it:
  1. Once you print the shipping label, return to the Home screen by selecting the SendPro™ application tab at the top of the screen.
  2. At the top of the Home screen, a confirmation of the label you just printed will be displayed. Select the Void Label option just below it.
  3. Read the information and select the box to certify that you will not be using the shipping label.
  4. Select Yes to void the label.
To void the label from the History screen:
  1. Select History > Void a label. The History screen opens displaying recent shipments that are eligible for a refund.
  2. Select the label you wish to void.
  3. Select Void Label.
  4. Read the information and select the box to certify that you will not be using the shipping label.
  5. Select Yes to void the label.
To verify that a shipping label has been voided:
  1. Select History > Void a label.
  2. Shipments available for refund will be displayed. If the transaction is no longer displayed, that means that the transaction has been voided.
Note: When you request a refund for Canada Post shipping labels, the postage amount is credited to your Pitney Works or Canada Post account. Your Pitney Works or Canada Post bill will list both your postage charges and voided shipping labels (credits). If you use a voided shipping label, the credit will be reversed and a “use of a voided label” penalty will be applied and appear on your Pitney Works or Canada Post bill.
