Make sure there is nothing on the scale when you zero it.

- Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
- Tap Weight.
- Tap Scale on the weighing method screen.
- Tap Zero Scale.
- Tap Cancel to return to the Print on Envelopes screen.
