Creating and printing an Electronic Return Receipt (ERR) shipping label in SendPro Online

Electronic Return Receipt (ERR) is an extra service available for USPS First-Class and Priority Mail shipments. For information about USPS extra services, see the USPS website.

  1. Select USPS from the Home screen or USPS Label from the Print menu.
  2. Select or enter the recipient address.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Select the type of package and enter the package information.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. If using your own box, select First-Class Mail or Priority Mail. (Note: ERR is not supported in SendPro Online for First Class Mail envelopes.)
  7. On the Extra Services list, select Certified Mail.
  8. Select Return Receipt Electronic.
  9. Print the label as usual.

Tracking ERR Shipments

ERR tracking is not available in SendPro Online. Electronic Return Receipts and digital signatures must be obtained from the USPS website.

  1. Go to the USPS Tracking page.
  2. Enter the tracking number of your label. You can find it in your SendPro Online history.
  3. Provide your email address as requested.
