How to upload accounting data on the DM500, DM800, DM900 and DM1000 and more to Total Meter Reporting

Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™
If you are using INVIEW™ accounting and Total Meter Reporting on the DM500™ - DM1100™, you will need to upload your accounting data to the Pitney Bowes Data Center. Pitney Bowes recommends that you upload your data at least once a week.

Note: INVIEW™ and Total Meter Reporting are optional features. Contact your Pitney Bowes Sales Representative for information about options and pricing.

To upload your data:
  1. Before you start, make certain that your system is connected to a USB Ethernet Connectivity Kit, or WiFi Connection Device in order to communicate with the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
  2. Press Funds.
  3. Select Get Postage by Phone Balance.
  4. If you are prompted to add postage, select No. The meter will check for downloads.
  5. If a download is available, select Get Update Now.
