How to upload accounting data on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P Series

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000

If you are using an external accounting system such as Business Manager or Total Meter Reporting, you need to upload your postal and transactional information to Pitney Bowes. You can do this by selecting the Manage Accounts button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.

Upload this information prior to synchronization to ensure that Business Manager can obtain the most current data from your mailing and shipping system. If you upload postal and transactional data periodically throughout the day it will reduce the overall upload time.

  1. From the Home screen, select the Manage Accounts button in the Mailing tile. Your Connect+ Series, SendPro P will automatically upload any pending transactions to the accounting server.

Important: If the meter is unable to connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Center, check to make sure there are no connection issues.
