Products affected: SendPro® Online
If you experience any issues with your scale in SendPro Online, check to make sure that you have the latest version of the SendPro Scale App.
- Right-click on the SP icon in Windows system tray (the small icons near the clock) and select Check for Update. You may need to click the Show hidden icons arrow to see the icon.
- If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.
- If you already have the latest version, the message You have the latest version. appears. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.
