Updating the SendPro scale app for SendPro Online

Products affected: SendPro® Online
If you experience any issues with your scale in SendPro Online, check to make sure that you have the latest version of the SendPro Scale App.
  1. Right-click on the SP icon in Windows system tray (small icons near the clock).
Note: You may need to click the Show hidden icons arrow to see it.
  1. From the right-click menu, select Check for Update.

  1. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.
  2. If you already have the latest version, the message You have the latest version. is displayed. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.
