Products affected: SendPro® Online
If you experience any issues with your scale in SendPro Online, check to make sure that you have the latest version of the SendPro Scale App.
- Right-click on the SP icon in Windows system tray (small icons near the clock).
Note: You may need to click the Show hidden icons arrow to see it.
- From the right-click menu, select Check for Update.
- If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.
- If you already have the latest version, the message You have the latest version. is displayed. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.
