How to check error occurred during connection attempt made to SMTP/SMSC server in EngageOne Digital Delivery

Products Affected: EngageOne Digital Delivery
Before sending email using a profile, EngageOne Digital Delivery checks the connection with SMTP/SMSC server. Once connection is established, mail sending process is started. if there is any exception while establishing the connection with SMTP/SMCC, related error is logged in EngageOne Digital Delivery application logs.

If an error occurs during mail sending process, it is logged under EngageOne Digital Delivery Application logs and also under outbound_message table (under the column 'outbound_message_status') in Database.
