Products affected: DM125™ (PR00, PR05) and DM225™ (PRL1, PRL5)
Follow these steps on your meter to update your software and USPS rates:
- Conduct a Postage by Phone balance inquiry:
- Press the Add Postage key.
- Select Check PBP balance from the menu display.
- When Add Postage Yes/No displays, press the red No button to continue with your system update.
- Select Get Update Now to start your download procedure.
- Your meter returns to the Home screen when your new software download completes.
