Updating your software and USPS rates for DM300-DM475 (G900, G905)

Learn how to update your meter's software and USPS rates for the DM300C, DM400C, DM450C and DM475.
Products affected: DM300C™, DM400C™, DM450C™, DM475™ (G900, G905)
Follow these steps on your meter to update your software and USPS rates:
  1. Make a postage balance inquiry:
    • Press the Refill Postage key.
    • Select Check PBP balance from the menu display.
  2. Press Continue when your postage balances display.
  3. Press Download Now if prompted; otherwise, your software download begins automatically.
  4. When your software download completes, select Return Home to go back to the Home screen.
