End of year procedures with Standard Accounting for the DM500, DM800, DM1000 and more

If you use Standard Accounting, at the end of each accounting period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) you can print your accounting reports. After printing the reports, you can then clear (reset) your accounting data and set a new accounting period.
  1. Print an account summary report.
  2. Verify that your reports printed correctly.
Important: Once your accounting information is cleared, it cannot be retrieved. Make sure that your reports printed correctly before clearing your accounts.
  1. Reset your account totals.
  2. Set a new accounting period.
