Applying a cost account to a shipping label in SendPro Online

Cost accounts can help you keep track of how you are spending your money on postage by allowing you to assign a trackable cost category to shipping labels and postage refills.

Cost accounts can help you keep track of how you are spending your money on postage by allowing you to assign a trackable cost category to shipping labels and postage refills.

  1. When creating a label, select the Cost Account menu at the top.

    If cost accounts are not enabled, you will not see the Cost Account menu.
  2. Your first 10 cost accounts are displayed in the drop-down menu. Choose the desired account from the list. If the desired account is not displayed, type part of the name or description to search for it. The results will be narrowed down as you type.
