Applying a Cost Account to a shipping label in SendPro online

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro™ P1000, SendPro™ P1500, SendPro™ P2000, SendPro™ P3000, SendPro™

To apply a Cost Account when creating a shipping label:

  1. Select the Cost Account menu at the top of the screen.
    Note: If Cost Accounts are not enabled, you will not see the Cost Account menu.
  2. Choose the desired account from the list, or start typing the Cost Account name or number to search for the desired account.
    Note: Only your first 10 Cost Accounts are displayed on the Cost Account menu. If you have more than 10 Cost Accounts and the desired account is not one of the first 10, you must type part of the name or number to search for it.
